How can yoga help you?

What is yoga, first and foremost?
It’s the union of the separate self with the whole, with the grander version of what we are. But yoga is also meditation, it’s the work of finding inner peace, the stilling of the busy mind and therefore the path towards coming back to self. To find who you truly are, that has always been but that easily is forgotten while we are out in the world of external purposes.
Yoga is also the reconciliation with the body, the honouring of the physical body and the acceptance of it.
Yoga truly is the unification of who you were, what you are and the full potential of what you will become.

If you are new to the yoga practice, welcome and congratulation for taking the step towards physical and mental wellbeing. Here you will learn to love and honour your being which is so much more than physical, with the wonderful side effect of creating a healthy, strong and beautiful body!

The chakra flow series is a package with 4 yoga classes in a dynamic format and with a focus on a specific chakra for each class.

Vinaysa flow series

Price: 55€

The vinyasa flow series is a package of 5 yoga classes, in a ashtanga-vinyasa style and with a specific physical focus for each class.

Yoga for your dosha

Price: 35€

Yoga for your dosha is a package of 3 yoga classes : a Vata practice, a Pitta practice and a Kapha practice. Perfect to use according to how you feel, what time of the day it is and what season you are in

        I am not exaggerating when I say Charlotte's is one of the best yoga classes I have attended. I have never felt so much clarity, the right amount of pushing myself or the right kind of relaxation as after Charlotte's class in Desa Seni. Albeit the classes being crowded (about 25 ppl per class), she has found creative ways to get everyone moving on the mat, without anyone feeling cramped.

                      Fees & Policies

                      Founded on principles of holistic well-being, we strive to support mind, body, and spirit through a personalized approach to wellness.

                      I am not a medical doctor and do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. My services are based on the principles of Ayurveda, psychology, yoga, and lifestyle guidance, and are intended to support your overall well-being—not to replace medical care.
                      All sessions are conducted online. If you are experiencing a medical or psychological emergency, please contact a qualified professional or emergency service provider in your local area.

                      There is no additional facility fee. All session fees include access to our online platform and any materials provided

                      Every session must be prepaid 48 hours before the session. This fee is not refundable.
                      Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed entirely, will be charged in full.
                      Exceptions may apply in the case of emergencies
