The unique situation of this therapy heals you simply by being empathetic and non judging. We all evolve into the beings we become with the tool box we have constructed along the way. Talking therapy is healing through it’s capacity to analyse the tool box together with you in order to find out what is working and what might have worked at one point but is not anymore.
Sometimes it feels as if we are going in circles, experiencing the same situations or meeting the same people to have the same relationship dynamics with again and again. Through the therapeutic lens, we work together on which patterns drive you and how we can actively make the changes for a different outcome.
